Leominster Festival Committee would like to assure you of our commitment to delivering our planned events within the strict observance of government guidelines for Covid 19 safety. We are working hard to ensure Covid safety for our audience members, performers, stewards and volunteers and thank all our local venues for their support in helping us to run a safe Festival.
This includes;
For indoor events
- Capped audience capacity of well below the advised 50% of venue capacity.
- Socially distanced arrival and stewards seating ticket holders in the venue
- Socially distanced seating for audience and performers
- Available hand sanitising stations
- One way arrival and departure routes where possible
- Mask wearing until seated
- Track and trace encouraged and available
- Ventilation of rooms and venues to encourage air flow
- Where possible, provide additional toilets to avoid bottlenecks at venues.
For outdoor events
- Track and trace encouraged and available
- Available hand sanitising stations
- One way arrival and departure routes where possible
- Socially distanced stalls and event set-up
- We also encourage audiences to bring their own camping seats and/ or picnic blankets to outdoor events (seating will not be provided by the Festival).
- Audiences will be required to sit within their own bubble and socially distanced from others.
